Our new 'hero'...;)

this entry adalah entry tertunda yang dah berkepuk dalam inbox..Em..quit a long time..I never put my recent baby boy...He already 3 months 3 weeks...Alhamdulillah..Thanks you Allah for giving me a healthy and cutest baby..;)

Actually on the delivering him is quite interesting for me..My expected due on 25 January 2011 but my previous Dr said it will be earliar than the expected due..because of my 1st bby come out so early..n the Dr said its may be on end of Disember (30-31 Disember) or 1st or 2nd week of January..(1-15) its according to your baby position right now..so, I really hope that he will be born on Disember because its same with my birthday...angan-angan mak jenin lh tue..Besides that, at that time..my laluan pun dh buke 1cm...tp i didnt feel anything...n my regular check up di pendekkan pulak kepada setiap minggu..Dr Onjoo..who yg incharge my case..said that she will be not arround after 15 January because she off to Osaka for conference..I pun pasrah je..sbb dr mula checking kat hospital ni mmg incharge bwh Dr onjoo..n hopefully she can incharge me...tp ketentuan Allah yang tentukan..I terima seadanya..Allah yang permudahkan segalanya..

pintu masuk hospital tp msh ni I dah nak check out..;)

On 30-31 Disember..I never feel anything..so,harapan pun tinggal harapan saja..n now I'm pasrah je..tp kalo lg cepat lg bagus...(konon2 ms tue dh xsabar nk tggu bby keluar dh)..As i'm quite busy for preparing to move to the another house..kejap2 keluar gi beli barang apa ...Almaklumlah,ms tue I duduk umah yang sume ade..so,xpayah beli mcm peti ais,tv,mesin basuh, toilet washlet..n rumah baru ni..satu ape pun xde..jd kene lah gi beli brg tue ckit2...memandangkan I ms blm due..so..boleh lah I pilih brg ape yg I nak..or tak nak..(mengikut kepuasan hati sendiri)...n I quite busy for my family yg dtg end of Jan tue..sbb ade mslh ckit dgn my sibling yg duduk kat korea n nk dtg cn..Emm..rupenye nak masuk Jepun bukan mudah..lagi kalo yang org Malaysia duduk negara lain tp nk dtg melawat jepun...I think is so sofisocated..According to my sibling he need Dr approval from me yang I akan bersalin pd bln Jan..
with one of midwife yg jd perantara antara saya dgn Dr pead..
So,i pun ke hospital on monday,10 Jan..ms tue hospital tutup sbb cuti umum satu jepun..n yg buke emergency je..kami pun ckplh dgn org emergency nk jumpe Dr Onjo...sbb nk mnta surat..tp fahamlahkan bile ckp jepun ni..nk ckp lain dieorg fhm lain..Last2nye.terpaksalah i kene gi check up..kirenye...dieorang ingat sy dh nk bersalin dh ms ni..hehehe..lawak je..Smpi kat ward xpasal2 kene check laluan..n unpredictable..dh buke 2cm..sy pun xsedar..i pun mcm biasalah minta balik..sbb awl sgt nk duk hospital..hehehe..n surat pun dapat dr Dr..
After 2 days, mmg saya punya regular check up..gi semula ke hospital..n kali ni check up..Dr check contraction n jalan..jalan dah buke 3cm..tp ms tue msh xrasa ape2 sakit pun..n Dr suggest either nak duduk hospital or nak blk rumah sbb memandang rumah ngan hospital ambil masa 1jam utk smpi...tapi sy pilih utk blk umah..hehehe..blk umah smpt lagi saya gi buat roti hotdog n roti tuna utk bekalan en hubby n sister WAQ...sbb ikut gerak hati saya n midwife said that i will delivere at night or awal pagi2 besok...Lepas buat roti...saya pun gi jalan2 kat jusco..smbl tue en hubby tukang check contraction saya..tiba2 ms tgh2 check tue, en hubby kate..eh ni dh mcm 6min sekali je kene contraction..so,en hubby suruh gi hospital skang juga sbb takut saya terbersalin kat jusco ni..saya je yang masih relax lagi..siap saya kata kat en hubby..balik umah dulu..kite solat isya' n siap2kan barang..Maybe en hubby n sister WAQ akan tidur kt hospital mlm ni kot..
Dalam kul 10.00pm mcm tue kami pun bertolak ke hospital..sepanjang perjalanan en hubby check contraction ckp..yg contraction sy dh makin kerap sangat ni..en hubby mcm dh cuak..tp sy kate relax lah dulu..belum nk bersalin lagi..smpi di hospital, midwife saya check jalan..yang saya br buke 4cm..so,dia kate yang saya kene stay cn..n en hubby n sister WAQ boleh stay juga kat cn...midwife siap bagi satu katil sebelah saya utk sister WAQ yang dah ngantuk tertidur...tunggu n tunggu sambil baca apa yang patut..dlm pukul 5.59am saya pun selamat bersalin baby boy ni...

Jom kita gilapkan permata diri!!!!

source from mr google

SubahanAllah..semoga sentiasa diberi petunjuk dariNYA..;)

Moved!!!Moved!!! moved to traditional Japanese House....

Emm..almost 3 months since end of Jan..we already moved to the another house again!again!n again!!!...and this time we moved to the 'traditional japanese House'..not like before this...which is too modern...refer to http://onedurrani.blogspot.com/2010/06/ito-vs-imajuku.html

To get a Traditional Japanese House is just a luck for us....Traditional Japanese House..as known as rumah awam..here called as Danchi..Process to get a danchi house..u have to apply from the 'ward Office' atau kat Msia mcm pejabat daerah kot..Mule2 kene isi borang n before that kene tahu kwsn area mana yg kite nk duduk..After a few week kite akan dpt nombor..n nombor tuelah yg kite kene pegang n simpan sampai keluar result either we success or not..Process pemilihan ini adalah berdasarkan undian...sekiranya nombor kita berjaya di undi makanya...makanya..berjayalah kita mendapat rumah awam ini..

Danchi actually built for those yang elderly and yg kurang berkemampuan..danchi is a old house..built in 1979(based on my house lah)Normally selection is based on their income, how many children they have n etc.It is 5levels..which..for the 1 and 2 level selalunya diberikan kepada japanese elderly n japanese person..Normally..bg kami yg foreigner ini digalakkan pilih tingkat 3 dan ke atas..dan level pun kalo nk pilih kene tgk %berapa ramai yang telah pilih utk duduk di tingkat tersebut pd pemilihan yang sebelum ini..So, actually process to get the danchi is depend on ur luck...

As for us, dalam pemilihan ini..hampir 3 kali kami memohon..n Alhamdulillah..kali yang ke-3 barulah kami berjaya..For the first n second time, kami memohon untuk duduk di tempat yang hampir dengan U encik hubby dan dekat dengan hoikuen altaf..but after 2 kali kami xdapat..jdnya en hubby cb untuk duduk yg dekat dengan masjid, dekat dengan groceries yg kami selalu pergi, boleh hantar altaf sekolah dengan free dan ramai sangat2 foreigner duduk dekat ctu...cume its takes about 1hour to go to University..Alhamdulillah..kami berjaya mendapat rumah tersebut..

We moved end of Jan..n encik hubby mmg seorang yg sangat kuat dan tabah..dia seorang saja yang mengangkat barang2 rumah kami dr Imajuku ke Shirohama(name of my house area)...because of me in a cofinement phase...pity of en hubby...Dialah yg kemas brg2 kat rumah..n turun dari tingkat dua tempat kami tinggal yang lame..ke shirohama..dan naik pulak ke tingkat empat...which its takes about 2 hour for one trip only for the stuff...All are about 5 trip..for one and half day..emm..mmg sgt menakjubkan kekuatan en hubby..hehehe

lawatan rumah sewaktu mendapat kunci

Em..Alhamdulillah..rumah kami kali ini sewanya sgt2 berbaloi....sangat murah...rasenya kat Msia xdapat kot...Inilah rumah kami skang...although its too small..but when we think we only one to stay for 2 years je+ ahli rumah kami pun x ramai..so,its just nice for us..

shougoku@ sek rendah yg xsampai 20m jauh dr rumah

P/s:terlalu banyak kemudahan yang best di sini..cume U en hubby sahaja yg jauh ckit dr rumah...Alhamdulillah ats nikmatNYA...;)

A very mery berry : strawberry

When its come to spring...rasa nyaman sungguh sbb sudah kembali merasai rasa panas...Lately,dh xpayah dh nk pakai bj tebal2..hehehe..boleh je pakaii bj selapis..n suhu pun dlm range 10-20 C..kdg2 je..dia jatuh bwh 10C..Alhamdulillah..28 March ari tue..genaplah setahun kami di bumi nippon ni..n 2 n 1/2 years to go...ganbare!!!!ganbare!!!ganbare!!!
Since yuki lg..kalo survey harga buah strawberry xbrp nk turun sgt..mungkin belum musim kot..ms tue ckp dlm hati je...n stat mid of feb until now..rsnye harga dia dh jatuh ckt n rsnye musim dia dh nk abis dh kot...hehe...so..bolehlah beli dgn byk2nye..hehehe..Actually, WAQ really like to eat strawberries...if buy only one packet...mesti abis ke dia je..dulu ms musim dia br keluar..harga dia agak mahal..so, we buy only one packet aje..hehehe..tue pun harga dlm 398 yen (RM14+)..now harga dh dh kurang dh..hehe dlm 98/99yen je sepacket (RM3+) dan sejak 2/3 weeks ni hr2 jln gi kedai beli strawberries..n sekali beli bukan main lg..smpi 3 packet/day...
Emm..bile tgk strawberry sana sini..mule2 hati tertanya ape khasiat strawberry ni ye?n sy pun search kat sini, sini and sini..n dibawah ni kite tgk benefits of strawberry to human being ye..;)

Where the word 'Strawberry' came from?
Why are these lovely little jewels given such a common name as 'Strawberry?' Well, like all things that have been around for a while, there is some doubt about the surety of the name's origin.

1st consideration, 'straw' came from how the berries grown out..which is grown in beds cover with straw...tp this berry didnt grown on it after a few2 years ago org2 menyelidik ttg itu..And most of them agreed that the word 'Strawberry' come from the word 'strew'.dan dipendekkan cite..perkataan ini muncul dengan meminjam salah satu kata kerja Anglo-Saxon iaitu 'strew' which they called streabergen (strea means strew and bergen means berries) then. become streberie, straiberie, strauberie, straubery, strauberry, and finally, 'strawberry', the word which we use today.

Some strawberry facts that you may or may not wish to know:
  • Strawberry merupakan the only fruit yg mempunyai seeds yg duduknye di luar dengan purata sebiji buah mempunyai 200 bijinya..banyakkan..;)
  • perkataan 'strawberry' hy wujud ejaan dia pd thn 1538...

           1-1/2 pound = 2 liter/1 liter
           1 bakul kecil = 1 pint
           1 pint = 3 1 / 2 cawan buah
           1 pint = 2 1 / 2 cawan hirisan buah
           1 pint = 1 2 / 3 cawan bubur strawberry
           1 cawan = sekitar 4 ons

Benefit of strawberrys

khasiat strawberry :

1. Strawberry yang kandungan lemaknya rendah, kolesterol rendah dan serat yang tinggi membuat strawberry sangat sesuai bagi yang menghidap penyakit diabetes atau ingin menurunkan berat badan (natural how to reduce ur fat)

2.Strawberry boleh mematikan pertumbuhan sel kanser dlm tubuh.

3. Strawberry juga boleh merendahkan gejala stroke.

How to make strawberry become fresh..

p/s:ms duk malaysia kalo mkn buah strawberry selalu dpt yg masam je..sampai jd fobia nk mkn...hehehe..kat cn..manisnye...bestnya...;)

Diferences on pregnancy and giving birth between Japan and Malaysia...

Just want to share my experience during pregnancy time in Japan and Malaysia....So, you can conclude by your own opinion which one much better than another...but, for me both of them have their pro and con too..
~ M = Malaysia
     J = Japan
Here are the differences:

First Pregnancy Term.

Getting Book
M: After we already 2months preggy..than we can get the 'pink' book..give by the nurse at Klinik Kesihatan..which Mother pregnancy book..sy mmg suke sgt buke ni..sbb dia tulis mcm2 kt cn..n Dr pun record our health here..n senang sgt..tggl dlm kete je..bile  time nk check up br bw keluar...ni utk yg pergi klinik gomen ye..tp kalo yg private boleh trs dpt buku bile dh dpt tahu preggy..nie ikut pengalaman sy ye..

nie buku pink yg best...;)
J: After we confirm that we already preggy..than we can get the 'blue' book..n to get the english one..we hv to go to the ward Office but actually still the same with Msia..got the book at the clinic..cume mother book ini consist juga utk baby..kire segala kesihatan bby n checking bby lps ni sume ade kat buku ni..n buku ni pki dr sejak preggy smpi umur 7thn..lame kan nk simpan buku ni..

yg kecil tue smpi 7years health check up

Regular Checking
M: Checking will be every months onwards..kan..sbb sy pun same ms preggy 1st dulu..

J: Checking will be every 2 weeks..to check the development of baby and their brain..~kt cn dia akn check utk kesan ape2 mslh jk ada.

Estimate Due Date
M: Its depend count when ur last period date..n count from date..n also from scan..but..Dr prefer count from the last period date..n Dr will give the date on the first appoinment.~mnta maaf lh kalo slh.

J: After doing a regular check up about 1month..then, its will be another check up only to determine ur estimate due date..n the estimated will be doing by Scan..
During 2nd and 3rd Pregnancy terms.

In-charger
M & J : all the same midwife n Dr incharger for the whole pregnancy till giving birth

Process of Checing Up
M: Kalo kt klinik kesihatan or private sume same je rasanya..1st kene amik air kencing then timbang berat n tekanan darah yg dibuat oleh nurse....pastue br tggu utk jumpe Dr..n bezanya kalo kat klinik kesihatan kalo kite ade ape2 masalah br di refer kepada Dr..jk tidak...nurse je yg akan incharger...n spnjg sy buat checking di klinik kesihatan dulu..blum pernah lg gi amik air kencing..just amik berat bdn n tekanan darah n msk ke bilik nurse..
J: tidak byk bezanya dgn japan..process still the same :Urin > Weight > Tekanan Darah > jumpe Dr..cume yg bezanya setelah pergi 3 hospital kat cn..sy tgk temu janji setiap org berlainan..kalo kite gi check up biasanya lps jumpe Dr dia akn bg tarikh n masa utk dtg berikutnye...sy pernah ty Dr np letak masa sy dtg..xpe ke sy dtg diluar wktu yg ditetapkan..n Dr kate kalo sy dtg awl..sy tetap akn dilayan mengikut ms tue..n kalo sy dtg lewat..makanya..sy akn dilayan selepas semua patient abis..emm..begitu dieorg menghargai waktu..So..biasanya temu janji sy pukul 10-11.00pg..So,sy akn dtg kul 9.30...n mskkan kad patient sy kt mesin ATM dan sahkan kehadiran kite..n terus gi bhgn O&G..utk amik pee, pastue check berat n tekanan darah (ni sume buat sendiri..ade kat luar bhgn O&G, cume amik pee msk kan pee ke cwn kertas yg telah dilabelkan name kite n letak je kat luar toilet)..lastly..tggu je kul 10...mesti Nurse pggl msk..hehee...senang n xyah tggu lame2..en hubby pun boleh gi lab lepas tue...

Ultrasound
M: Kalo kat klinik kesihatan yg sy gi dulu..hy pd bln3, 5 & 7 br ade scan..or kalo ade mslh2 lain n perlu jumpe Dr..br ade scan..jk tidak xperlu...Tp sy ni gi kedua2 klinik..private pun gi juga..so..mmg tiap2 bln mmg ade scan..hehehe..ngada2kan..
J: kat cn..mmg setiap kali ade checking akan ade ultrasound oleh Dr..n Dr Onjo (iaitu Hosp. yg terakhir sy pergi) refer * Experience on Pregnancy Check up in Japan ...Part 2..setiap segi perkembangan anak dia akan scan n print pd sy..dr kaki smpi ke otak..n setiap kali gi checking msti dpt pic bby yg panjang menjela2..

GST (Glucose Screening Test)
M: mest kene buat kalo background family kite ade diabetis or darah tinggi..ms 1st preggy kene smpi 3kali..tp setiap kali buat xpernah kene detect..Allhamdulillah
J:spnjg 2nd preggy tak pernah kene buat GST...hehe..Alhamdulillah

HB
M & J :both hv to do hb...tp kt cn kalo hb rendah je..terus name msk list utk kene dgr ceramah psl hb...yg boringnye sbb dlm nihongo...n bile dia tahu kite xfhm nihongo..nnt ade sorg nurse tkg translate kn khas utk kite...hehe

Suntikan Kancing Gigi
M: ms kat Msia..sy pernah kene suntik kancing gigi 2 kali.... satu 1st term..n satu lg 3rd term..

J: xpernah lagi kene suntikan kancing gigi kat cn..

Ceramah
M: Sepanjang preggy kt Msia xpernah lagi sy dgr ceramah kec ceramah ttg susu ibu..

J: kat cn..naik berat badan ckit je..kene dgr ceramah, ade ceramah mcmane nk push baby keluar yg ni en hubby pun kene bljr mcmane nk push..sgt kelakar..hehehe, ceramah nk jaga baby, aerobik, ceramah makanan semasa mengandung n selepas bersalin..hehehe..byk btl ceramahnye..smpi kdg2 ade je yg sy skip kan.hehe

Process of Delivery

Process of Delivery rsnye Dr ngan nurse akn 'bermain' dgn contractian and bukaan..Tni kalo bersalin normal..his is my experience and what i know during delivery a baby at Malaysia and Japan..If wrong tolong betulkan ye..

M: Em..ms kat Msia dulu..I'm decide to deliver baby with my aunt..because my hubby want woman Dr..n lucky I hv a famly which is  Specialist in O&G..all over my pregnant n delivered by her hand..hehee.so,sy xbp nk tahu birokrasi2 ttg bersalin kat Msia..but via my frens..em..terperanjat juga bile dieorg cerite..n ramai my fren prefer gi private dr gov Dr..I dont know why.
J: This is via my experience..

Delevery time
M: As I know, if dh buke 2cm pun dia dh bg kite duk stand by kt hospital or kalo ade rs contraction every 10 min normally Dr suruh stay kt ward....ni thru experience..n kite boleh je kalau xnk duk hospital dulu..so, tggu lh dkt wad tue smpilh terbuke jalan kite ke 5cm..kalo x buke lg..Dr akn bg rangsangan or toreh ckit utk buke jln..n ms ni Dr akn advice kite suruh byk jalan2 utk cepat bersalin sbnrnye utk bg ckit depress pd bby utk tuun ke pelvis..n Dr akn monitoring contraction..if contraction kerap mcm setiap 10min ade contraction  or less Dr biasanya mule2 akn advice suruh jln byk2  lg ckit...tp kalo Dr tgk after a few hour..contraction dh makin kerap..tp bukaan tak buka2 lg...Dr akn pecahkan water breaks(air ketuban) untuk mempercepatkan bukaan..

J: Entering to hospital when already feel very uncormfortable.which approximately dlm contraction every 7minutes..mcm tue..n midwife akan check CTG and bukaan..tp kat cn sy rasa dia lbh pentingkan bukaan dr CTG as long as baby heartbeat is ok..cpt or lmbt bersalin bergtb kepada bukaan n then just wait until dh buka bukaan dlm 7cm. br ke labor room..tp kalo after a few hours..bukaan xbuke lg..midwife akan advice suruh jln2 keliling ward...

Entering Labor Room
M: Once water breaks dh pecah..kite akn ditolak ke labor room..ms kat labor room lh..n nurse akn bw kite pergi ke labor room dgn wheelchair or just lying on the bed..kite doalh byk2 moga Allah permudahkan segala urusan..n ms ni blum tahu lg kite akn bersalin normal or operate..n incase ms kt labor room..after a few hours..bukaan msh xbuke lg..n contraction makin kerap..n heartbeat fetal thru cardiotogography test (CTG) makin lemah..Dr tiada pilihan melainkan tolak ke operate room..utk selamatkan baby..same goes if water breaking process come out with brownish colour..so its times to go to operate..or kalo bukaan dh buke tp kite xde daya utk teran bby keluar..maka Dr terpakse gune vaccum bagi baby keluar secara normal..or biasanye kalo dh over due terlalu lame..Dr akan induce..utk menyelamatkan baby n kite..sbb our placenta cant function productively any more..kalo ade rs sakit smpi xthn..Dr akn bg epidural utk kite kurangkan rs sakit..

J: Entering dgn bukaan sudah 7cm terbuke..n its confirm kalo sepanjang preggy kite xde mslh..makanye kita akan bersalin scr normal n NATURALLY..msk ke labor room dgn berjalan kaki. tanpa belum dipecahkan lg water breaks..n midwife akn bg kebenaran pertama kali push utk water breaks process..n after a few second another push for the baby come out.n no epidural allowed here..kene tahan sumenye Naturally..

Incharger
M: Dr and midwife yg ramai n baik2 semuanya.
J: Only 1 Dr and 1 midwife

Method of delivery
M: as normal..n after that, akan di jahit..tp sblm jahit dia akn bius or sapy pelali utk kurangkan rs sakit ms Dr jahit.
J: As normal tp water birth(half of our body ade air)..n after that kene jahit tnpa ape2 pelali or bius..sementara tue midwife tgkp pic kite n baby..hehehe

Duration to stay at Hospital
M: After baby n mum already got pee or poo..we can discharged..if normal..kalo operate lame ckit kene duduk.
J: Have to stay about 5 days, n day hv a lot of activity about us, 1st day after delivery till 5th day delivery..kt cn, baby akan tidur di baby room..n hy ambil utk disusukan.,n
1st day: meet peadtric with baby to checking baby pogression
2nd day: meet midwife n midwife ajar utk mandi baby n ajar mcmane nk susu baby(posisi yg betul)
3rd day: meet Dr for our jahitan..ms ni biasanye Dr akan check jahitan samada ok ke tak..n also amik darah n urin test
4th day: midwife urutkan kite n urut our breast for keluarkan susu, ajar mcmane nk jd bdn btk asl..n some aerobik for org ms pantang.
5th day: hv last meeting with peads n Dr for baby n kite..n bby got vit.K for that day..

O&G ward..
Ok..thats all the difference between Malaysia n Japan..hope u can get any knowledge from there..kalo ade ape2 yg salah info tolong betulkan ye...;)

Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan ~ What we can learn?

After 14 days of tsunami and earthquake..hari ni br ade kekuatan utk meng'update' blog utk cite jishin n tsunami...Alhamdulillah..utk pengetahuan..setakat hari ini kami di Fukuoka berada dlm keadaan selamat (Fukuoka terletak sejauh 1500km dari tempat berlaku earthquake tue) n kawasan kami tidak terjejas dari sebarang tsunami n earthquake n radiation from fukushima daiichi..tp perlu sentiasa berjaga-jaga..terutama dengan radiasi yg sekarang ni telah merebak ke air paip di kawasan Tokyo pulak..xtahulah mcmane Malaysian yang berada di tempat yang berdekatan..mesti sedih..kami yg dkt cn pun tgk rs syahdu..lg2 semua channel tv pd wktu tue..sume duk cite psl earthquake n tsunami...mmg sedih sgt2...

Alhamdulillah...Alhamdulillah..Alhamdulillah...that's the word that i can expressed after i got up on 12/3 morning...Em..such a very2 afraid..when i heard about the Earthquake with the maginitud 8.9 n its come afterawards with the tsunami with more then 10 metre..hit the northeast of Japan..which all of u knew its hitted Tokyo and Sendai..really upset n sgt takut for the rest of that night..due to i'm the only one stay at home with my lovely children..en hubby terpaksa tidur di lab pd mlm itu..n i'm always follow the Japan Meterology Agency (JMA).....they estimated that my location will have a tsunami on 1.46am japan time n will hitted to Hakata..which my house from there only 5 min drive...n my apartment here is really2 close to the beach..i really afraid at that time..n what can i only do just recite Al-Quran n pray to HIM...n I only think..if any things happened to us..i just Alhamdulillah...mmg menakjubkan dgn kuasa air shj..sekejap sahaja boleh tenggelam sumenye..rsnye xperlu sy cerite ttg jishin (earthquake) ni panjang2..ramai pun dh boleh tgk scr live kt tv or nhk or cnn.. or Al-Jazeera...sy mengikut rapat perkembangan melalui web2 ini...

AGAMA

Umum ketahui, orang jepun kebanyakan tidak beragama..thats why..jepun xde pun cuti utk smbt raya cina ke kristian ke...tp krismas mmg disambut tapi xdelah sehebat dinegara2 eropah n kebanyakan kate dieorang sambut becouse of culture..n mmg sgt lain dr Msia..Msia..kalo cuti mesti panjangkan..lbh  5hari or plg kurang pun mungkin 2hari..kat cn hy ade cuti panjang pada golden week je...(bln Mei nnt)...Berlaku musibah kali ini adalah baiknya kite sebagai umat islam mengambil peluang ini untuk menyebarkan agama islam kepada mereka semua..memandangkan melalui pengetahuan saya..nihonjin (org jepun) mmg org yg berbudi pekerti, amat mementingkan kebersihan, sangat2 punctual....cume mereka belum mendapat hidayah dariNYA shj..Jk ini berlaku..maka lengkaplah hidup secara islam yang dititip oleh Rasulullah SAW kpd umatnya..
Ni ambil dr kate2 en hubby..kami di rumah after subuh mmg ade sdkt tazkirah..so,one of that days..abi kate..since tggl kat cn byk bende yg dia pelajari n hargai skang nie...ade lh dia ckp lg..but the conclusion is..dia kate kalo nk tgk cara hidup islam scr zahirnya yg dititipkan oleh Rasulullah..tgklah cr hidup orang jepun..kebanyakan nye sama seperti ajaran islam kita.
  • This weekend, as a Kyushu Islamic Association member..we have a campaign at the Fukuoka city which is Tenjin to collect some dana for this musibah..n for supporting 7 family will be come to Fukuoka coming soon...Alhamdulillah...syukur...

At Tokyo Disneyland:

Tokyo Disneyland was handing out its shops’ food and drinks for free to the stranded people nearby. I saw a bunch of snobby looking highschool girls walking away with large portions of it and initially though “What the …” But I later I found out they were taking them to the families with little children at emergency evacuation areas. Very perceptive of them, and a very kind thing to do indeed.

Message from the UN
Secretary General Ban Ki Moon: “Japan is one of (the UN’s) most generous and strongest benefactors, coming to the assistance of those in need the world over. In that spirit, the United Nations stands by the people of Japan and we will do anything and everything we can at this very difficult time.” I was moved at his words. What better example that good things happen to those who do good.

Bus stop mini episode:
It was freezing and bus was taking ages to arrive. “@saiso” left the queue to run to a nearby pharmacy. He bought heating pads and gave one to everyone in the queue!

Thank you Tokyo Disney SeaMy daughter who was staying at DisneySea just made it back home! Many, many thanks to the staff who worked very hard in the cold with ready smiles that made her to feel safe and secure during the entire night. They brought her food, drinks, snacks, heating pads, and anything necessary to ensure she was comfortable and secure throughout her stay. I was touched by the Disney staff’s warmth and hospitality. Thank you so much!

Reminded of the goodness of the Japanese peopleThis earthquake has reminded me of that Japanese goodness that had recently become harder and harder to see. Today I see no crime or looting: I am reminded once again of the good Japanese spirit of helping one another, of propriety, and of gentleness. I had recently begun to regard my modern countrymen as cold people … but this earthquake has revived and given back to all of us the spirit of “kizuna” (bond, trust, sharing, the human connection). I am very touched. I am brought to tears.

Card board boxes, Thank you!
It was cold and I was getting very weary waiting forever for the train to come. Some homeless people saw me, gave me some of their own cardboard boxes and saying “you’ll be warmer if you sit on these!” I have always walked by homeless people pretending I didn’t see them, and yet here they were offering me warmth. Such warm people.

What foreigners are saying about Japanese people
At a supermarket where everything was scattered everywhere over the floors, shoppers were helping pick them up and putting them back neatly on the shelves before quietly moving into line to wait to pay for them. On the totally jam-packed first train after the quake, an elderly man gave up his seat for a pregnant woman. Foreigners have told me they are amazed witnessing sights like these. I do believe they actually saw what they said they saw. Japan is truly amazing.

BBC Reports
The words of BBC’s reports are so moving they make me cry. They were praising us with words of admiration! “One of the worst earthquakes in recorded history has hit the world’s most well-prepared, well-trained nations. The strength of its government and its people are put to the test. While there have been casualties, in no other country could the government and the people have worked together in such an accurate and coordinated way in the face of such tragedy. The Japanese people have shown their cultural ability to remain calm in the face of adversity.”

The bakery lady
There was a small bread shop on the street I take to go to school. It has long been out of business. But last night, I saw the old lady of the shop giving people her handmade bread for free. It was a heart-warming sight. She, like everyone else, was doing what she could to help people in a time of need. Tokyo isn’t that bad afterall!

Japan is a wonderful nation!
Both the government and the people, everyone is helping one another today. There are truck drivers helping evacuees move. I even heard that the “yakuza” (gangsters, organized crime groups) are helping to direct traffic in the Tohoku region! There have been many recent developments that have made me lose my sense of pride in my country, but not anymore. Japan is an amazing place! I’m just simply touched. Go Japan!

From a German friend
A German friend of mine was in Shibuya (downtown Tokyo shopping district) when the earthquake hit. He was panicking when a Japanese passerby saved him, taking him into a building. My friend was blown away at how calm and disciplined this Japanese man was. He went out of the building with firm, unfaltering steps, did everything he was trained to do and came back. My German friend was deeply impressed by the Japanese people’s actions during the earthquake, saying they looked like a trained army.

At the supermarket
I just came back safely from the supermarket! Man, I was so touched at how everyone there was mindful of others, buying only as much as they needed and leaving the rest for the people behind them.

All of us”
I spoke with an old taxi driver and some elderly staff at the train stations. All of them had been working non-stop and had not been able to go home for a long time. They were visibly very tired, but never once did they show any sign of impatience; they were gentle and very caring. They told me “… because all of us are in this together.” I was touched at what the notion of “all of us” meant to these elderly people. It is a value I will treasure and carry on to my generation.

A strong Japan
Suntory Beverages has set up free vending machines. Softbank Telephone services is offering free Wifi spots. Everyone in Japan is putting everything they can into helping one another. Japan is also now receiving aid from abroad. Compared to the Kobe earthquake, when Japan took too long to contemplate accepting foreign aid or dispatching the self-defense force to join the rescue effort, Japan has definitely grown into a far stronger nation. Be strong, everyone!

Lessons Learnt
What caught my attention on twitter is that a lot of the tweets were about the Kobe earthquake and how what we have learned from it has been put into practice this time around. I know it goes without saying, but I was once again reminded of how humans are indeed creatures that possess the amazing ability to think and learn from experience. It’s a great thought.

Message from a friend in Rome
My friend in Rome emailed me. He said that people in Rome are watching the news and sharing their amazement and their heartfelt respect at how, even at a time like this, the people of Japan are able to remain calm and systematically respond to the situation. People in Rome are thinking of us and are very concerned for us.

A strong voice
Yesterday, I was impressed and touched by the actions of my neighbor’s 13-year-old-boy. He was home alone when the earthquake hit. But instead of hiding, as soon as the earthquake quieted down, he jumped on his bicycle and road around the block repeatedly shouting at the top of his voice, “Is everyone alright? Is everyone okay?” At the time, there were only women and children and the elderly in the homes. I cannot describe how comforting it was just to hear a strong voice asking if I was okay. Thank you!

The beauty of helping one another
I went out last night to help some friends who were volunteering as security personnel between Machida City and Sagami Ohno City. I saw total strangers, both young and old, helping each other along everywhere I turned and was heartened with an overwhelming feeling of encouragement. I was so touched I hid behind the toilets and cried.

I just have a bike
I’m so touched! My colleague at my part time job, wanting to help even just one extra person, wrote a sign saying “I just have a bike, but if you don’t mind hop on!”, rode out on his motorbike, picked up a stranded construction worker and took him all the way to Tokorozawa! Respect! I have never felt so strongly that I want to do something helpful for others.

Sharing your ride
It was stupid of me to think I could catch a cab at Urawamien Station. I ended up walking 30 minutes and then finally was picked up by a stranger who offered to give me a lift. I’m touched by the warmth of human kindness. Thank you, thank you!

Rest here!
Last night, I decided, rather than stay at the office, I should try walking home. So I slowly made my way west on Koshu freeway on foot. It was around 9PM when I saw an office building that had a sign that said “Please use our office’s bathrooms! Please rest here!” The employees of the office were loudly shouting out the same to all the people trying to walk home. I was so touch I felt like crying. Well, I guess I was too tense yesterday to cry, but now the tension is wearing off and am very much in tears.

At the convenience store
While most of the convenience stores near the station were closed because of the quake, there was just one Seven Eleven that was open. The employees had lit lots of candles and put them on the stores shelves. The cash register was not working and they could not take inventory, so the employees worked in threes, one reading up the item description and price, another punching the numbers into a calculator, and the last one using a flashlight to help them work. The store managed to operate both “cash registers” efficiently this way. Impressed!

On the way to the emergency evacuation area
My oldest daughter was making her way to Yokohama’s emergency evacuation area. Total strangers were helping each other out and showing each other the way to the emergency evacuation area. She told me she was moved at how strangers, who can seem so cold at times, showed her kindness and care. I was reminded at the Japanese peoples’ inherent ability to immediately unite in the face of adversity. Today, I have discovered a newfound faith in my nation and my people.

A big, kind voice
I’ve been walking for many hours now. I’m touched at how everywhere I turn, there are shops open with people shouting “Please use our bathroom!” or “Please rest here!” There were also office buildings where people with access to information were voluntarily shouting out helpful tips, like “**** line is now operational!” Seeing things like this after walking for hours and hours made me feel like weeping with gratitude. Seriously, there is still hope for this country!

On the platform
The Oedo Subway Line for Hikarigaoka is very congested. On the platform and at the gate there are just crowds and crowds of people waiting for the train. But in all the confusion, every last person is neatly lined up waiting his or her turn while managing to keep a passage of space open for staff and people going the other way. Everyone is listening to the instructions from the staff and everyone acts accordingly. And amazingly … there isn’t even a rope or anything in sight to keep people in queue or open space for staff to pass, they just do! I am so impressed at this almost unnatural orderliness! I have nothing but praise for these people!

Station staff
I said to a Tokyometro station staff who was on all-night duty, “I’m sure it has been a tough night for you. Thank you.” He responded with a smile, “On a night like this, gladly!” I was touched.

Coffee
My husband finally got home very late last night after walking for 4 hours. He told me he felt like giving up at around Akabane, when an elderly man who was going around handing out free coffee saw him, gave him a steaming cup and said, “You must be tired and cold. Here, have some coffee!” My husband told me that it was because of this elderly man that he found the will and strength to continue walking. I’ve already heard this story from him five times tonight, so no doubt he was really, really touched! Thank you to my husband’s anonymous helper!

Blood donations
Japan is strong! At Osaka I saw a LONG line of people waiting to give blood at the blood donation center. This is the first time I have seen such a queue of selfless people waiting patiently in line just to give. It was a moving sight! To everyone in the hard-hit areas, we your countrymen accept your suffering as our own and we share in your grief. Do not give up! Stay strong!

Saving electricity for the North
I went to my neighborhood supermarket and was initially surprised that their neon signs were off. They usually are open till 1AM. I then found out that they were open, but were saving electricity so that more power could be channeled to the hard-hit coastal areas. Wow!

Not enough money!
At the store where I work, a huge group of young men suddenly came in to buy booze. One of them suddenly said, “Oops, I only have enough money to buy booze, I can’t donate! Forget the booze, maybe next time!” and instead put ALL his money into the disaster relief donation box. One by one, every single one of the army of youths threw all their money into the box after him. What a heart-warming sight that was!

Goth youth
A goth youth with white hair and body piercings walked into my store and shoved several hundred dollars (several tens of thousands of yen) into the disaster relief fund donation box. As he walked out, I and people around me heard him saying to his buddies, “I mean, we can buy those games anytime!” At that, we all opened our wallets and put our money into the donation box. Really, you cannot judge people by their appearances.

Another Disney episode
Amazing! My brother just managed to get home from Disneyland right now. He’s got bags and bags of free sweets. Furthermore, Disneyland paid for every customer’s travel fare back. All night long, the staff responded immediately and fully to every request he made. Disneyland is truly a world class brand!

Same boat!
Last night, Aobadai station was jammed with stranded people unable to get home. But there were private cars with drivers shouting “If you’re going in the direction of ****, please hop on!” I was able to hitch a ride on one of them. When I thanked the driver, he replied “No worries! We’re all on the same boat. We have to stick together!”

Need to charge your phone?
At the emergency evacuation area, a young first-year intern at my company who had brought her phone’s charger got permission from the facility to use their power socket and went around shouting “Anyone need to charge their phone? Please use my charger!” Just a little thing, but I was touched.

Experience on Pregnancy Check up in Japan...Part 2..

Ok..lets continue for the second part of check up....hehehe..;)

After, we know the total amount for delivering at Nagono clinic *refer to Experience on Pregnancy Check up in Japan ...Part 1....so its all about 500,000 yen(RM 18K+)..emm..mahalkan..so,we decide to change Hospital...en hubby pun meminta bantuan dr management kat tmpt kami tggl utk ms tue; Imajuku International House…iaitu Yamada san..dia pun bersungguh menolong kami..siap bw en hubby gi ward office utk dptkan pengurungan or cr hospital yg lbh murah rsnye…Alhamdulillah…lps berjumpe ngan officer ward office tue…conclusionnya, kami tak mungkin boleh dpt pengurangan sbb scholar en hubby bg okay dh~dia kate ckit..tp ok lg dr yg dpt ade lg ckit....bukan kurang mcm ade stgh2 scholar like Bangladesh..n mengikut yamada-san.dia kate Nagano Clinic yg kami pergi sblm ni mmg agk mhl ckit..sbb dia adalah private clinic..So, dia prefer kami gi government hospital..n cr2 government clini..the nearest is 10km dr rumah kami..iaitu Kyushu Medical Center..okaylah kan..bkn jauh pun..tp en yamada ade kate..seeloknya utk 1st time dtg bw kwn yg pndi Japanese..sbb selalunye government hospital..jrg org boleh ckp English..huhuhu..alamak!sy bkn pndi ckp Japanese pun..kalo fhm pun fhm ckit2 je..n ckp pun ckit2 je bole..mcmane nie?last2 kami tempuh juga tnpa mnta tlg kwn2 yg pndi Japanese…sbb segan dh nk mnta tlg..asyik menyusahkan org je kan…~dgn bantuan sensei sy yg bg byk term2 mengenai mengandung…
Kyushu Medical Center (KMC)

Sy pun mnta srt utk keluar dr Nagano..n pergi ke KMC nk buat regular check up..dalam hati dh terfikir kalo government hospital..mesti xcntk n layanan nye mungkin ade kurang ckit dr privatekan..adatlah mcm kat msia pun sama tue..oohh..rupenye,indah khabar dr rupa…layanan dia mmg 1st class.n sgt2lah cntk n besar…mmg btl2 suke gi cn n berbaloi2kan....;)
Utk di KMC..kalo xde appointment..kite akan di layan org plg akhir..so,utk mengelakkan kita rs bosan menunggu dia akan bgtau ms mule2 kite daftar yg kite akan tunggu lame..so better gi mana2 dulu…kami ni br smpi cn..kami duduk je lah..sbb xtahu nk gi mn..hehehe

Msk sj for the 1st time kt pintu msk hosp...sy pdg en hubby n en hubby pdg sy..eh, btlke ni KMC..asl mcm private hospital nie..mmg sgt cntk dan luas..kat pintu msk pun dh ade org tggu kite kat dpn tue..utk smbut kite msk ke sane..siap ty ade ape2 yg boleh sy bantu..n bile sy ckp sy hy boleh ckp English je..n dia suruh tggu n dia boleh pggl sorg yg pndi English..org tuela yg bw sy ke meja pendaftaran n tlg isikan borang..tggu smpi sy siap dan dpt no…lepas tue bw pulak sy ke O&G department..dialh yg bgtau lg kat mn nk letak no...n smpi kat O&G dia bgtau kt nurse kat kaunter O&G..n suruh sy tggu…Alhamdulillah..Allah mudahkan kami..;)-tp yg sy kagum sgt2 dgn layanan dia..sy rase kalo di Msia adakah akan berlaku yg sama?mesti tercari2 kt mn nak gi mule..

Because this is my 1st time..n nurse kt O&G..guide n bawa sy ape yg sy perlu buat setiap kali buat regular check up kt cn sblm jumpe DR..smpikan sy nk ambil sampel air kencing pun dia tuggu kt luar tandas..smpi sy abis…oohh..rs mcm YB lah pulak..hehehe
entrance of O&G department
tmpt menunggu sebelum msk jumpe DR

screen number utk msk..

tunggu en hubby byr..kt lobi bwh...

Ms tgh tggu nk jumpe Dr..kami dh risau..mcmane nk communication ni..sbb kami mmg xpndi ckp…en hubby xnk continue dia nye bhs..sbb dia kate..sensei dia ckp dgn dia English..n what for dia continue Japanese..sy asyik on off je..kalo ari tue muntah2 mmg xgi lah kelas..so..byk btllah miss nye…tp Alhamdulillah..msk je pintu Dr..Dr tue boleh ckp English wpun ckit2 je s yrs dia boleh ckp..diaorg rupenye dh sedia utk kami yg English..even nurse yg handle kami pun yg boleh ckp English..Alhamdulillah..Allah permudahkan utk kami..;)n we ask Dr brp harga kalo nk bersalin cn..sepenuhnya..dia pun ckp harganye 420 000yen(RM15K)..kami fikir okaylah kan..sbb xkene tmbh or byr ape2 pki duit sendiri..hehehe..;)~ni fikiran org yg nk jimat…;)tp yg sedihnye..kami msh mendpt Dr lelaki..n sy continue regular check up smpi bln yg ke-5 sj..lps tue kami tukar lg ke hospital lain…bykkan hospital?tukar lagi hospital…

Red Cross Hospital
Entrance of RED Cross Hospital

Seperti nama di atas..kami tukar ke hospital lain pulak..tp selepas sy pulang dr Msia
ni slps.en hubby dgr dr kwn dia,Malaysian juga..abg sheikh kate ade org arab bersalin di hospital ni costnye xsmpi 420 000yen..kire lg murah..so..kami rs..okaylah..kalo dpt lg murah if bersalin normal..in fact..ms sy blk msia..ade 2 org Malaysian bersalin di hospital ni pun costnye kurang dr 420 00yen..n yg plg penting n best sekali dia ade nurse n DR yg mmg fluent in English dan ia adalah perempuan…tue yg penting sekali..(ni sbb sy prnh terbc article ttg hukum membuat treatment dgn Dr lelaki bg perempuan)so, sy berusaha utk mencari Dr perempuan..n Alhamdulillah..Allah permudahkan lagi..…so,kami sgt2 xrisau…;)n en hubby decide to change hospital lagi…wah!dh 3 kali tukar hospital..n ini adalah yang terakhir sblm n akan deliver di sini.

After blk dr Msia…sy direct terus tukar ke sane..sangkaan sya mungkin kali ni hospitalnye mungkin agak ‘krg’ ckit dr KMC…Emm.1st time tgk dr luar hospital..dlm hati dh ckp ya!!mungkin sangkaan sy betul…sbb tgk bangunan dia mcm bangunan lama..TP…rupenye..don’t judge book by its cover….dalamnye msh lg 5 star…dn systematic..siap ade line warna2 kat lantai..yg mn..pink utk yg laluan plg ketara..kuning utk yg okay..n hijau utk yg selamat..hehehe..nie nurse tu siap translate pd sy..sbb sy lalu kat laluan pink n pd masa yg same ade nurse bw wheelchair dgn org tua yg agak tenat kot…mnlah sy tahu kan..hehehe..sy hentam jelah jln..lg pun 1st time msk pulak tue..
Alhamdulillah..smpi je di sana..sy ckp yg sy boleh ckp English n nk DR yg pndi ckp English..en hubby siap bgtahu lg name DR tue..Dr Onjo..n dialah org yg akan in charge sy sampai sy bersalin nnt…n nurse yg pndi ckp English sgt bgs…dia siap ckp kt sy..kalo ade ape2 mslh lg..cr dia di bhgn kanak-kanak..dia akan bantu..huhuhu..best btl kan..;)

Ms jumpe Dr plg best sekali..sbb Dr ni mcm mak cik sy yg treat sy ms sy preggy n lahir bby WAQ dulu..sgt baik n peramah..siap borak2 ngan dia..kalo jumpe dia..mesti lame..hehehe..n dia pun mcm dh biasa lyn foreigner islam mcm kami..sbb dia kate nnt jgn lupe bgtau nurse kat luar yg kami ni muslim..so,makanan ms duduk di hospital nnt ckp xnak mknan yg consist pork n beer n cant eat any meat here…so,dia ckp..nnt nurse tu akan fhm n tulis kat borang kite…Wah!!sgt best ms tue..;)Dr sgt responsible n taking a good care on me..xabis2 ckp suruh sy kalo ade sakit ckit2 pun trs gi hosp.sbb bile dia tgk sy duduk agak jauh juga..dlm sejam perjalanan..padahal jauhnya hospital stkt 15km je..hehehe..

Alhamdulillah..sy selamat deliver di hospital ni..xde lagi tukar2 hospital..;)

trolly angkt brg ummi nk msk hospital..

p/s: Dduk di jepun ni..byk sy belajar..antrnya..org2 japanese kt cn lbh suke pilih yg dekat2 je..mcm nk gi beli grocery ke or nk gi clinic..n kalo time cuti selalunye..dieorg jln2 luar dr jepun..diaorg xgi dkt2 dlm jepun..sbb kate sensei sy..melancong luar Negara lbh murah dr melancong dlm Negara..tue bg jepun lah kan..hehehe

n lg satu..duduk di jepun ni dia mmg menghargai kanak2..mcm anak saya..bby WAQ..setiap bulan akan dpt elaun sbyk 13 000yen(RM400+) sehingga dia 13thn..n nk gi hospital or clinic adelah free of charge..xpyh byr…BEST KAN?its same goes to me…sbb sy pregnant ni..goverment jepun akan bg duit sbyk 420 000yen(RM 15K)…bestkan..bile ade org bg duit…Alhamdulillah..kami msh dpt baki sbyk RM3K dr duit tue..sbb hospital yg kami gi adalah kurang dr 420 000 yen..;)Sbnrnye..goverment jepun bg duit ni sbb bile dieorg tgk golongan muda jepun sudah berkurang..so..utk increase umat jepun pd ms akan dtg..dia bg elaun bg yg pregnant n yg ade ank spy xnk bg membebankan bg yg kurang berpendapatan…Alhamdulillah..;)-ni sensei sy yg ckp..sbb ms tue dia ty sy kt msia kene byr brp kalo bersalin..sy byr ckit je kalo kite gi yg kerajaan..n dia kate bestlah kalo xbyr..n dia pun bg reason why japan kene byr..tp government bg duit..hehehe

Apa2pun..sy bersyukur sangat..dgn rezeki yg xdisangka2 ini..Alhamdulillah…Allah permudahkan utk sumenye..

Tggu next entry..ye difference between msia n Japan in pregnancy…hehehe
